C'est un très bel ouvrage, composé en grande partie d’esquisses et de dessins de conception (comme l'indique le titre!) donc exclusivement basé sur l'avant Crash Bandicoot 1 à l'époque où celui-ci s'appelait encore Willy The Wombat.Ne vous attendez donc pas à parcourir des pages d’interviews et d’anecdotes diverses et c'est la raison pour laquelle je met "Attention". En achetant ce livre il faut savoir à quoi s'attendre et même si c'est toujours intéressant de découvrir les nombreuses idées de gameplay d'origine, il est certain que ce recueil ne plaira pas à tout le monde car composé à 90% d’illustrations.Pour les gros fans de la licence exclusivement.
Des premières esquisses oux mécaniques de jeu, ce livre en NB offre des illustrations intéressantes pour comprendre la naissance de ce super héros des jeux vidéos. Le papier légèrement satiné permet même de colorier directement le livre (pour les jeunes acros...), intéressant sans être essentiel.
